Their average output is stronger than the vast majority of studios even with bad shows like Kyoukai no Kanata and Phantom World. I also appreciate that they're among the few animation studios (in fact, one of the few Japanese companies) with a decent work culture. Anyway I voted K-On, though I must distinguish that the second season was much better.
