You could think of that as a good thing, because not many deaf qts are trying to kill themselves.

Deaf people are only special before they die. After death, they can no longer be considered deaf. By the act of suicide they are getting rid of their sole defining features.

Also, there's this really cute manhwa called "Can't See, Can't Hear, But Love!", it's about a woman who's deaf and a guy who's blind and they're a really sweet couple together. It's finished already but it's definitely worth a read
