Freezer did not have that absurd regeneration power, that why i think Boros is a bit stronger.

Right, I forgot he could regenerate. He's still not quite enough at Cell levels in raw power though, I think. Regeneration hax makes him harder to place, but DBZ warriors are capable of atomizing him with a sufficiently powerful blast anyway.

He can probably destroy BnHA, One Piece, HxH, and Bleach's universe
