thoughts on gantz?

I binged it up to Osaka arc thinking it wasn't really all that "good" but honestly just way too fucking entertaining.
From that point onward I continued reading it just because I hate dropping series' after being many chapters in, and surprise, the last arc was pretty god damn shit. I'm just glad it's over.
The CGI movie was surprisingly dope.

Beginning is good, rest is a cluster fuck of shit story telling

One of the first manga I've read. It doesn't get much better than this. Wish I've read it together with /a/ but if current /a/ is anything to go by those threads would have gotten 20 replies at best. Manga just sucks nowadays or I'm jaded. Either way I wish Gantz got a sequel.
