Honestly, pretty damn hard unless you're a gook/chink/etc... that got an official/unofficial translation. I think the English translation is up to chapter 200 or so last I checked, and that's less than a third of the main series, not including the spinoffs.

A good portion of chapters are also lost forever, unless the publisher decide to release another Doraemon Plus-like series of previously unreleased magazine chapters
