I don't know about a list, but these are the three that stood out to me.
Ichigo getting his shinigami power back just by "injecting Reiatsu of the captains"- What's the point of fulbring again?
Aizen going to Hueco Mundo and took over that place without any resistance and gain utmost loyalty from them.
Kenpachi's Bankai is actually the loli, yachiru, that has been by his side from the beginning(I called it)- That bankai has zanpakuto and shikai of her own?

We've seen his recruiting process a bit, there was some resistance (Barragan), later he used arrancars to find new recruits (as seen with Nnoitora who leveled hollow villages). But Icelinger (or however he was called) explained that most of them followed Azen because they were amazed by the entity (seemingly) lacking any fear as opposed to them who are basically made of it. Also, apparently th process took years.
