This is only tangentially related and I don't know for sure if this is even the right board to ask, but my birthday is coming up soon and I was planning on showing YuYuYu on cytube to a few friends for a nice birthday stream. But google drive can't detect the embedded subs, and extracting them and converting to .srt results in files that need a lot of cleanup to display properly. Is there a quicker alternative or should I just get to work?

I really wish KuMeYu had a short 4koma spinoff like NoWaYu did back then. It did such a great job at introducing the yuushas and showing their quirks and fun sides outside of the dead-serious LN plot. Hopefully the next chapter will be more SoL focused to give the characters some depth.

I think it might be the first animated instance of Sonoko legitimately and actually getting angry. She, of all people, has the most reason to get furious over being drafted back into becoming a hero. It's not like YuYuYui, where everyone's apparently perfectly safe and there won't be major issues. Fairies exist and they can use their full power, plus there's no Sange.

Back in reality, they're going back to things before Gin died, where you're going to get the shit kicked out of your and horrifically injured. I don't think she's gonna be happy, especially given the apparent huge issues she has lying underneath the surface now.

Of course, they might say fuck all that and just go with how things are in YuYuYui with "It can't be helped" and they gotta protected the Shinju, cause nobody else can do it. I'd expect something like that from Yuuna, but not Sonoko after her one-shot light novel chapter.

Some of the older WaSuYu material had the town's name as "Oohashi"( which literally just means "Great Bridge") but ever since the movies things have gotten confusing.
