I can't run more than 30 minutes. I'm dead by that point. Fuck this run with Emily thing it's impossible no human being can do that
>>160436926
No but I started working out in part of my waifu
>years of being a lazy skinny fat faggot destroyed me
>after a year can still only bench a plate for five reps
I look and feel better than I used to be for a long time, so that's a plus

yea, dont follow a running program EVER
I never did, I started out running thrugh some back woods in jeans and skate shoes with my doggo
now I run a 4:30 1500m and I never once followed a running program
the most important thing about running is that you enjoy it and enjoy pushing yourself
start with shorter faster runs, maybe with a doggo so you hit 2 birds with one stone they are usually more enjoyable
one day when you feel like it you will decide to go a bit further
and another day you will decide to go faster
and that slowly builds up and you become a great runner
but if you dont enjoy it you will skip days, you won't push yourself and you won't become a great runner
remember anon keep moving forward

Not really waifu-related but Slam Dunk ignited my interest in basketball back when I was at the start of high school, I even attended trainings of my town's under-18 team but I started too late and wasn't really as diligent about it as I could be so I never was on the team (and the team was one year younger than me and when I started showing up at practices they were under-16 team and I was too old).
I remember one friday when I had PE in the gym in the morning, then some lessons, then basketball practice at school, and then immediately after it the under-18 team training. At the end of the training I couldn't throw free throws because my legs were giving up.
Overall I recall those as fun times, and I still like playing pickup basketball with my friends, though I can't really play it as of now because my knees are recovering from an injury and I'm not allowed to stress them.
Now I lift weights regularly and swim sometimes. I like strength training and pushing myself and every increase in reps at specific weight or 1RM fills me with joy. I do it for myself, and I do it for her.

I think that's the key to gitting gud at many things, and found that right mindset and the ability to take interest in something and enjoy it can really do wonders when trying to learn stuff.
Also nice choice of crippled girl anon.
