They "die" if their armor was up to a par that a normal super powered would be decimated. Regenerating from blood is horseshit in itself. It is like if Boros took a nuke to the nads and just "regenerated". That kind of bullshit regen powers just means if you are "killed" you can come back.

This is a NORMAL punch which Boros and Garou have both survived against in the manga
Therefore, two similarly gag type characters from a gag manga could in fact survive a NORMAL punch, ie >>160427315 would survive it just by dodging it in some totally absurd manner
Medaka would be able to tank it with literal plot armor and Kumagawa would come back from being splattered all over the place, though he probably doesn't count since he would still die regardless of causality shenanigans anyway
Anything regarding serious punches really just depends on whomever is writing the shit

There should be a threshold of Haki attack power above which even Logia can't reform.
Haki does not allow to directly damage the body of logia, but I get the expression some fraction of the damage still bypasses fruit protection.
Hit string enough - logia will pulverize to particles so fine - it would be impossible for user to reform.

It depends on the details, really. Depending the methods of survival are allowed to be used. For example, is dodging? By dodging, someone is, technically, surviving a normal punch. What about dying, but coming back to life right after? He died, but survived. And what about just outright killing Saitama before the normal punch can connect? Technically, the opponent survives, and Saitama was using a normal punch.

So yeah, depending on the level of detail and the methods allowed, a quite a few characters can survive. And regardless of all of that, pic related can probably survive a punch easily. He's demonstrated almost Saitama levels of power even with his limiters on. He's practically a God.

Probably not a serious one, but still: Albedo's armor is layered and her skills are tailored to sacrifice each layer of armor in exchange of surviving otherwise fatal attacks.
