It is way more common for them to simply address the piece as the director/authors/artist most notable accomplishment. They used simple english terms. Art, animation and sound design were never KyoMemes weak sides, so they obviously delivered on those fronts. However the writing was atrocious, as usual. Anyone who calls this a masterpiece while claiming for Kimi no na wa to be overrated has got to suffer from mental retardation or is so blinded by his loyalty for the studio that he cant even see how inaccurate his assessment is. Both of them are overrated, the problem I that KnK had a good base story that KyoAni butchered. Shinaki came up with the script himself (in before Ketai).

I think Shouya's neuroticism was conveyed really well. The way he carries himself, the shape of his eyes and closed off posture when he's nervous, his tendency to stutter brought back some painful memories.

Shouko understands how much pain Shouya is in ("I want to die"), and in the dream it feels like Shouya is saying goodbye with the whole "Tuesday is almost over". When Shouya de-ages into a little kid from back when they went to school together, I believe its Shouko's belief that all of Shouya's suffering is her fault.

tl;dr She thinks Shouya is going to die and its all her fault.
