Well this was good but it's way below my expectations

I don't get the reason behind such an incredibly huge praise for it

Probably the best looking anime I've ever seen but the story was underwhelming, kept waiting for something mind blowing to happen throughout the entire movie but it never did

I suppose seeing it on the huge screen gives you a sense of false judgement, there are way better anime films than this

Reminds me of 5CMperSecond

Visuals looks nice, but story and characters are shit. I can't feel emotionally invested in these characters.
