My thoughts on the ones I even remember.

Ururaka (is she even a character, she stopped being relevant a really long time ago, she's basically Kiyoko Shimizu level of not even a character but given the heroine status)
Emma (average, certainly not what carries the series)
Nami (certainly one of the least interesting characters in the series, like most of the Straw Hats, she has been flanderized to the point you end up doubtful if the honest and empathetic moments are genuine or if her whole personality is a ruse)
Nezuko (fucking awesome...when she gets screentime, considering she is the whole trigger for the events of the series, it is amazing how little she actually appears...at a certain point I expect Kanao will take over as the heroine and I'd be okay with that)
Kohaku (promising but two early to tell)
Akira Nanase (not as good as Watari)
Noelle (not really my thing, I don't think anyone reads the series for the characters though)
Yuna (I love her and hope she wins, even though she's not the most dynamic or unique of the series, she's the most endearing)
Gojo Reina (I really hated her in the beginning, like I was supposed to, and I'm still not sure how I feel about the romance thing, it is a bit of a weird subplot)
Dango Shop Girl (I find her interactions with Isobee to usually be funny)
Chika Amatori (wish she got more development and screen time)
Sarada (the pornification is weird, not sure if she's meant to be a strong character or a joke)

And then there's Gintama, honestly, I probably have more favorite female characters from there than the rest of the series combined...it's a rare Jump series in that it has plenty of important and interesting female characters

Emma, also Yuna isn't necessarily the MC but Fuyuzora definitely isn't...it's a bunch of female MC's with a guy that holds the story together
