The problem with this assumption is that the Holy Grail War does not just encompass battles between Servants.

Consider Medea, for example. She is easily the weakest of the Servants of FSN in direct combat, but she is extremely good at magic and leverages this to her advantage massively. She is stated to be more proficient at magic than any modern mage, including the Aoko + the lords of the Clock Tower, which makes sense when you consider that she learned magic from the goddess Hecate herself. With her magic, she was able to do things like summon a Servant despite being a Servant herself, to construct a territory where she can use spells that are almost at the level of True Magic, and, in some endings, mess with the internal workings of the Greater Grail.

Take all of that into account and then remember that Medea is absolutely nothing compared to Solomon in terms of power as a magus. Solomon has so many tricks up his sleeve as a result of being the most powerful magus in human history that there's no question he would be able to produce something that can effectively target the weakness of whoever is the Grand Saber. The only exception to this would be Artoria with Avalon, but even then he has options at his disposal (killing her master, for example).

We have no idea how gud Servant Solomon is besides being among the strongest casters (only debatable known individual is Merlin) but his NPs and skills are highly variable in use.

Ars Almadel Salomonis needs time and prep to be usable.

Gilgamesh worked as the top of all Servants because he has a shit ton of character flaws, and often jobbed because of those, despite GoB and Ea being incredibly overpowered compared to the rest of the FSN cast.

ORT worked as the top of all Nasuverse power levels because it didn't HAVE a fucking character, it was almost a natural calamity, too alien for human comprehension.

This recent power creep with the Beasts and Grand Servants was really poorly handled. More of an excuse to make Servants more relevant in the grand scheme of things, because their big project right now is a Servant wanking mobile game that makes a lot of cash. Fuck Type-Moon and FGO.

Not really, there's like a 100 different translations of the same thing however. The basic structure of books is always the same though minus that Catholics have a few more than protestants. I believe orthodox might have a few more than Catholics, but I'm not sure. The basic structure of the books & writings that make up the bible is the same across the board. 4 Gospels, Old Testament, shit ton of writings by the Apostle Paul, and a few other things written by other people like revelations. I have no clue what the Ethiopian church and old Coptic sect do. Ethiopian church really has no reason to care about what the rules of Christianity produced in the old roman empire.

Also since we're on this, there are also a ton of apocryphal gospels which have all kinds of weird and neat things in them, but they got banned from the final product that made the bible.

There's also classic story's that while not directly in the text are taken has fact, like Jesus telling peter he's going to Rome to be crucified again. Not directly in the text but you'll here the story often recounted because it gets the message across.
