You can read the entire manga in like 2 hours. The fat guy makes like one mention about underage girls in the manga. The internal monologues are toned down and pretty much ditched after a few chapters. Overall, the adaption is pretty faithful to the manga. They moved some things around to smooth the story out. Mainly, it looks like they're adding scenes since there might not be enough material to adapt.

i would also say the manga gets better after the first couple chapters.

I'm liking it so far. Is it going to be mostly romantic comedy gags or haremshit? I would prefer the former.
