Why is it so bad?

It's not bad so much as it's just boring. Like, it doesn't do anything really wrong or that would make it outstandingly terrible, it just doesn't really do anything o wow the reader or stand out either.

It's cliche like black clover.

The only good thing about it is the female designs (how unusual), they don't get enough screentime, have bad personalities and don't get raped enough.

Just thumbing through the first chapters, MC seems pretty generic.
(Well, maybe wrong word, more like cookie cutter for the role)
But the getup on the cover is pretty nice, i have to say.

I kinda like the girl, but the author either is bad* at female faces or has his assistant draw her face, because she seems just out of touch with the rest of the art ever so slightly.

To elaborate on the girl thing: This is a perfect example of this weird dichotomy:
You have the very detailed body, with lots of wrinkles on the shirt and all kinds of other lines, and then you have the face that aside from the eyes and eyebrows has exactly two strokes.
And her hair also stands out as its one of the few times tones are used.

That shit is off-model. At that point I don't really consider it Bleach. But it has no backgrounds either so it got at least some things right.
