It's generic, self-insert OP mc, infatuated harem isekai. It has a garbage plot, paper-thin characters, and the art is mediocre at times.

I think it's so over the top terrible that it becomes a bit funny. Definitely a nice brainless anime. Plus, the web novel is hilarious.

Also, MC made a special delicious cake and remembered to make some for his friend the duke. Such a nice guy.
