Her saint graph can't have been altered by anyone because she was summoned directly into the Time Temple by herself, which is why she disregards that thought immediately.

Brahmastra is explicitly said to home in on opponents, it straight up can't miss. Brahmastra Kundala is just a more powerful version of Brahmastra, so it's also a homing attack. I specifically said "kill-anything" instead of "sure-kill" because it's just stupidly powerful rather than causes instant death or anything like that.

Vasavi's never actually been allowed to hit anything at full power before, and even if the homing effect of the Brahmastras hasn't come up, that doesn't mean it suddenly doesn't exist.
