Fake Assassin- Might not even need to fight if Mordred can just leap over the entrance to the temple like EMIYA, could probably beat him if she had room to maneuver.
Caster- Unless she can also modify Kuzuki's speed to match Mordred, its an even easier fight, Mordred just pulls back the moment he tries to use his technique on him and then slices him to pieces before bouncing over to Medea, and unless she can move quickly enough to surprise her with Rule Breaker its all over.
EMIYA- Can't recall if he was holding back against Seiba, but Mordred can probably match the speed Artoria needed a command seal for in the bridge fight during Hollow Atraxia without burning one. His melee technique is entirely around waiting for his opponent to make stupid mistakes, but I doubt he could endure a Mordred barrage long enough for an opening.
Gil- No Avalon, can't dodge Gate of Babylon if he throws any more then a few dozen at a time, so can't win unless he goes even more Full Retard then he usually does.
Berserker- No Excalibah, can't burn through his twelve lives, would need to get another servant to knock off a few like EMIYA in fate.
True Assassin- If he is working with the Shadow, Mordred is more then reckless enough to get baited like Lancer, and it would be a question if she is fast enough to avoid getting GRAILED. Otherwise another easy win.
Rider- Probably the match-up closest to how her father would fare , but something like the final fight with her in Fate would probably be easier because she wouldn't be pinned to the ground.
Lancer- Mordred has crappy Luck so it would be a question of when he unleashes his Gay Blog on her, then she almost certainly dies.
