I don't see how. Yuzuki is barely involved in the story until the very end. It followed most of the same format as the other series with a little bit of her useless moping mixed in.

If anything, you can skip S3, but S1 and S2 give you a lot of background on Ai and her followers.

"Cyberbullying" here to a very short extent were Anons that got messed with because they slipped up and revealed personal info about themselves. Sometimes a photo with EXIF data that revealed coords to their house, Anons who forgot to black out their emails or black out addresses on whatever package they wanted to show. It was mostly something that lasted until the thread 404'd and everyone moved on.
