So I've thought about Sonoko's shrine hospital some more and noticed that the sign says "Manazuru General Hospital" and not "Takamatsu" or "Tamamo" as one would expect.
Manazuru is written as "round" and "crane." Cranes (tsuru) are traditionally associated with tortoises (kame) as symbols of longevity in Japan. We had two cases of real life locations named after cranes being renamed to something tortoise-related in the series before (IRL Tsuruya is Kameya in YuYuYu, IRL Ichitsuru is Ichikame in NoWaYu).
Now, the city of Marugame is written with another kanji for "round" and "turtle", if you change that up with the crane-tortoise-dichotomy you get the Manazuru from the hospital sign. Which basically means that Sonoko was enshrined in Marugame all this time and that Marugame changed its name at some point during the Divine Era, same as all the other cities in the Yuushaverse. But I doubt anyone cares.

Yeah, that surprised me too. I was under the impression that all references to cranes were changed to tortoises in the Yuushaverse, but it seems to work vice versa too.
Now, the association of cranes with Heaven and tortoises with Earth isn't a very strong one, it's mostly just based on the fact that cranes fly in the sky and tortoises walk on the ground. This most likely means that there's no deeper meaning behind these name changes or that the hospital is named after cranes because Sonoko is closer to heaven now.

Still the best and most emotional part of the franchise for me currently. I don't know how did Takahiro come up with this. Wanko route in Majikoi was my favorite though.

Tougou wanted to end the world because the thought of Yuuna forgetting her terrified her. It was her negative nature (she talked about it to Yuuna) was caused that mess, not her lack of attachment to others.

I didn't cry at either, but I liked how the pieces came together to push Fuu beyond. The buildup was there from the earlier episodes like hints about her guilt in dragging everyone to the Hero Club and even the boring Itsuki singing episode that I thought was terrible when it aired. When it all came crashing down on Fuu, who was the oldest and their leader, its achieved very high emotional peaks, especially with subtle parts like Yuuna letting her Mankai blossom just to stop Fuu and show how serious is she, even she herself is scared of Mankai. I like how very personal it was for the characters.
I won't lie Karin's scene is awesome.

This. I find it weird that almost none of the yuushas, not even my top favorites, have managed to make me cry at all, but Shiratori has been able to do so since Ch.2 of NoWaYu.

For me, Karin's fight left me emotionally drained for an hour, but Fuu's break had me wailing.

Same here, the scenes were hardly comparable for me. Fuu's breakdown was pure sadness while Karin's fight was a mix of awesome and gut-wrenching.

Yea, same for me, it must be because I have younger sister. We rarely get along, but the thought of her being suffering gets me really upset.

I get that. Karin's fight didn't made cry at all (despite her being one of my to yuushas), but it did left me with emotionally numb and stressed for about a whole day. Chikage's death has left in an even worse state, as every sad thing that has happened in the franchise ever since only makes have a despair-filled laughter. Shiratori and Yuuki no Baton are the only things that can still make me cry.

That's exactly what happened with Sumi. She couldn't protect Gin, and she couldn't protect Sonoko either. Even though she has forgotten, Tougou still knew instinctively about the relation between her and Sonoko. She was afraid that history would repeat itself again.
