the presentation of the anime is quite unique, it uses lots of cuts into panels with words, and the stuff going on in the background is very stylized. The show even to a degree lies about what is really happening since it is mostly dialog between friends, where peoples emotions are portrayed via the character AND what is going on on screen at the time.

He does about 4 episodes into the series and then again later. There are a couple of ways of thinking about it that make it palatable, beside "lol she's a ghost anyway", like how he gets called out for it and his sister threatens to cut his dick off later in a similar situation, how it's really a character study of the female characters and them and they can do whatever they want with that in mind, and underaged boys still in highschool (you kind of forget he's that young) don't really know what they like yet and the fact that all age groups are represented in his 'harem' is just an expression of uncertain sexuality. But you have to like the show and want to enjoy it to bother thinking about it that much, otherwise it's pretty fucking creepy.

We would have gotten an equally sweet one in the epilogue where Senjougahara's papa gives her one and tells her how proud he is of her while she melts. But Shaft cut that one out. Probably because they wanted to keep some semblance of a "hard bitch" that Hitagi has as a rep and we're worried by the former Bake fans having a heart attack she was worried about Hanekawa in episode 1 of second season. It's kinda sad how much some of those Bake fans only really watched the series for Gahara being a dom to Araragi and just bailed when we got character development.
