I liked it. It went a different route then most mystery anime and it stood out because of it.

Here's another one, even if I only enjoyed it for the memes. Actually, I enjoyed it mostly because it was unpredictable and the cast was awesome. Ending was bad though.

Tamako Market is one of my favorites even if it's just because there's a few really good individual episodes

Tatami Galaxy doesn't really have any good individual episodes but I like it for the overall message. It's closer to good than average though.

Digimon Zero Two and Frontier objectively suck, but it's Digimon so I like them.

There's a lot, kind of hard to narrow it down. Alien Nine, Panty and Stocking, Ergo Proxy, DBZ, even the rancid raccoon shit that is Mars Destruction. People get too hung up on whether something is "good" or not that they forget the primary purpose is to entertain. Even terrible shows can manage that, intentionally or unintentionally.

Noir. One of my favorite anime of all time(though for reasons outside the show itself). I know it has problems, but its always going be fondly remembered.

Tamako Market is one of my favorites from Kyoto Animation. Unless you're talking about Love Story. I think Girls und Panzer is pretty mediocre despite being a very fun show to watch.
