My favourite scene was everyone infiltrating Pickle's habitat. Made the whole rest of the manga worth it. Infact, the reason I started reading Baki was because I saw that page of Yujiro smooshing his face into the plate glass window on a japanese talkshow and couldn't stop laughing for five minutes. I swear Baki is the #1 comedy manga of the century.
