They all have goals pertaining to dancing. Both are completely different genres with different character arcs. Shizuku is the endgame as shown in the very first chapter and Chinatsu is a stepping stone toward Tatara's progression to get to Shizuku's level. I have no clue where you are getting that Chinatsu and Tatara are going to fall in love.
