If Kamijou was replaced with almost anybody from this series and they were given his power and started the series over it would almost always be a better series from a reviewers standpoint and most people know this in their hearts. Kamijou has no personality or charisma and will not give you as the audience any reason to root for him other than him being a self insert that gets his way every time with girls far out of his league reaching for his cock like it's a basket of candy on Halloween just because he's (you) and everybody just accepts that. Because in her story she is dealing with nothing while Kamijou the boy wonder is fighting everybody that actually matters. I mean I wouldn't mind if he had his own spinoff for people who enjoy the self insert thing but I just don't care anon.

In my opinion Mikoto would be a much better main. Maybe she'd have to rely on her friends a little bit more or come up with some cool tricky plans to beat the stronger enemies and maybe there'd be moments of tears and happiness along the way as she makes friends with new people who aren't interested in her for the soul purpose of reproduction or making the fans of the series dicks harder than a rock which would translate into the side characters having personalities of their own.

I have read and re-read OT 14, probably more carefully than you have. And one object means exactly what one object sounds like: a rock = one object, esper powers =/= one object. Provide a quote comparing Terra's powers to Fiamma or your argument is invalid. All you are doing is interpreting ONE instance of Terra blocking Tsuchi's ONE magical attack as "proof" that he can block magic as a whole.

Touma notes that Terra used his targeting to his fullest possible potential during the fight, and that Terra could not cut Touma and the wall or a piece of metal at the same time. We can look at how broad Terra's precedence is:

Terra can target: outer wall/ceiling/floor/one pebble, one at a time. Terra did not target the MATERIAL of rock, which would encompass all of the above targets.

Terra targeted Itsuwa's spear and Tsuchi's bullet, but not "metal", which includes both of them.

Terra could not target "Kamijou faction", which includes Touma, Itsuwa, and maybe Tsuchi. Or "Tsuchi's attacks" which encompass both the bullet + Tsuchi's magic. Or "solids", which encompases walls+bodies+metal and which would allow Terra to beat Touma. Since Terra did in fact target 1 object at a time, we can conclude that is the limit of his abilities. So does that mean that the Sisters don't know that they are hooked up to Accelerator, or even know his relationship with Last Order?

What's strange is, Last Order says she accessed the network to get her memories of Accelerator back. So... what? She got them from the Sisters? A secret memory space only she can access? If it's the former then they should know, but the novels say otherwise.

I liked it, but it's slow. And with this slowness comes the hard reality that the main character (Akko) is retarded in magic (with good reason) and plays 2nd banana to Diana, gets bullied or shit on, fails constantly, and success only comes out because of her pluckiness and her friendship with the characters. It's frustrating. Imagine Satoshi from Pocket Monsters, and watching him lose all the leagues back-to-back and he's totally fine with it because he's learned some lessons and made some friends or some dumb corporate empty platitude like that.

That's what I feel with the first half, not to mention fillers which could have been used to develop Akko/other characters/explored her and Chariot's past. Really nearly made me drop the show. It is hard going.

2nd half is much better to me though, especially the developing friendship between Akko and Diana, but some people would probably dislike the "fetch" quest Akko has to do, unlocking the secret words to unlock the power of her magic staff fully, or some characters losing the spotlight completely.

This is correct, but your understanding is flawed. One target != one object. Air and flour can't be called singular objects, and "movements of a blade" is definitely not an object.

"Movements of a blade" and "movements of a spear" work because he knows what the physical manifestation of these concepts entail, but "Tsuchimikado's Attacks" is more or less unknown aside from the gun and the origami magic. The second might not work properly, though, due to its broadness (remember that he was still tuning it), much in the same way Ars Magna needs to be specific and detailed. Since it's based on Accelerator's auto-reflect, it should always be on. It just condenses the nitrogen that makes up the bulk of the atmosphere. It doesn't isolate her from outside interference like what Accelerator's auto-reflect does.

Jesus's powers and the Christian god are a phase above the pure world, Touma's power can't be related to that. Or rather, his power may have been interpreted as such in the Aeon of Osiris, but as noted by Aleister its true power is only revealed when interpreted in the Aeon of Horus.

See, that's kind of exactly the point I'm trying to make. There's no reason whatsoever using "children of science" would work while using "heretics" or "my enemies" wouldn't.

It would work because it's just a fancy term for espers, which is already a subset of humans. Furthermore, it's an objective criteria as being an esper is not based on one's opinion or actions. "All those who appose me" is a lot more vague as it also includes things like gravity or a gust of wind, and will need to test the opinions and actions of sentient beings.
