But UBW canonically has trouble copying anything that isn't a sword, and more trouble copying anything that isn't a weapon. UBW isn't as strong simply because Gilgamesh now has more options than swords, scythes, and spears.

Hades' Cap makes him essentially undetectable, and while he's not worth shit as a swordsman, he's able to activate NPs to some extent. Gilgamesh always loses because using any of that would require tactical thinking, but the point is that in FSN, Gilgamesh lost more or less as soon as he was inside UBW without Ea out, it was a matter of how long he could last. I'm not really educated on Fate, so I was hoping you guys could clear something up.
Initially, I didn't realize Vlad was a servant, due to the command he demonstrated. I thought he was Darnic's father, superior or something along the lines, but apparently, Darnic's simply a huge beta who's pouring his servant wine.
So, who's Avicebron's master? Darnic said his skill-set was far more suited to long-winded preparation than on-the-spot engagements, thus why he had been toiling in secret for Yggdimillennia for 60 years. Doesn't that mean Darnic would have summoned him, as he stopped the aging process, and would've been the only one capable of using him?
Can you get dual-servants? My conclusion is that either it's someone else entirely (maybe the kid with aging halted), Darnic was using the magic from the homunculi to maintain him.
