Depends on which Saber he replaces. His origin rounds + time alter probably means he can 1v1 most Masters barring Sieg and the like due to him transforming into Siegfried. Iri and Maya helping would be possible I would assume. But Siegfried's AoF isnt strong enough for Excalibur blasts(AoF is B+ on NPs, while Excalibur is A++) and Mordred only has a A+ Sword and weaker Instinct. Considering that even Shirou Saber could blast a hole through Herc's chest I would bet that Mordred would get ripped to shreds armor or not.

Unless Achilles or Karna could beat Saber or nuke Kerry, or he gets ganged up on for whatever reason he probably sweeps.

otherwise he might actually win, depending on his servant (someone with a strict honor code like Arturia or a desire for the battle like Iskandar who may prevent him from nothing personnel-ing the war)

He beat much more competent opponents, he'd have no problems. Servants are also a lot weaker than they were in Zero, so that makes it easier (however it's fair to note that only Gil was really broken of the servants opposing him in Zero, and Gil couldn't give half a fuck, so he doesn't count much).
