NEW Lupin III series will be coming out within the next year and it will take place in France. No it is not a direct continuation of Part 4. It is a new series with a NEW Jacket. Get ready for NEW Lupin III Adventures. Here is the first image to promote the series. Obviously it's still in early production so we aren't going to see the NEW Jacket yet.

No it isn't. People keep thinking this because the last thread had this picture. Black Jacket was only used for the last Lupin movie as a disguise. It was never meant to be the next official Jacket

But TMS said nothing about this coming out by 2018, if anything the show has since been finished since December of 2016.
As for jacket color, theres a reason why they're using digital ink and paint.
