I liked the plot

Why do people hate on season 2? I think both the main story and the one-off episodes were handled better in season2 ,the only thing I can fault season 2 for is how the symbolism was handled at the end and maybe the tachikomas getting a more important role.

Unironically one of those shows that I can't bring myself to binge watch because it hits on all my tastes. Watching some of those episodes is like mental sex for me.

I think it's because of the first season's OP, which gives me goosebumps to this day, unlike the second season's OP. Leaving out the OPs, both seasons are solid and both had their own special moments. For me season 1 has a more nostalgic feel (because I saw it as a kid)
