Madarame gave up on a relationshion with Hato because despite having feelings for him, an actual relationship would turn out sour in the end. Hato accepted it, Saki pushed Maradarame to at least give Sue a chance, Hato was fine with it. There's no sudden Sue nor Hato getting BTFO.

I remember watching Genshiken the anime a long time ago, I thought it was enjoyable, then forgot about it. Then watched the 2nd season, thought it wasn't as good, but still interesting to watch.

I have never read the manga, so I have no idea how far this is in the future, or if this is even the same series.

Please tell me its not the same series? I see the title say "Not Genshiken", but I dont know if thats a joke or not. Please help me, I dont remember the characters acting like this before
