AssClass (yeah, the manga) is shallow and the characters are very superficial, everything is always so easy for them. But I really don't understand why people overestimate Neuro so much. The story is full of inconsistencies and asspulls. Seems just a self-indulgent product of an author who has read Togashi and Araki and thinks making bizarre drawings and concepts is enough to tell a good story.
