I would read/watch a spinoff series about Kaspar just for her screentime.

It's a lot longer and slower paced. The anime skipped several arcs and was adapting like 5+ chapters per episode, and this is a monthly series so those chapters average about 45 pages long each so the pacing was crazy fast. As a result of all the skipped and rushed content you miss out on a lot of the character development and world building in the series.
