I don't know, I assumed at first it was laziness or forced ignorance since they started off using the right names but then when it comes to important stuff they still put the real name in a note or a parenthetical, so it must be that readers complained to them to change them to scanlation names and now it's become a Zolo/Zoro thing where it's too late to admit you were wrong
