Dragon Ball at its peak deserves more recognition. At average it was still a nice read and much superior to Naruto and Bleach; arguably the ideas ran out only after Freezer saga.

However, I'd put Gash Bell above the threshold, and Air Gear one block down so that it's sitting on the threshold, too.
