>StrikerS: introduce forwards, give them filler henchmen to deal with while Nanoha-tachi save the day
>Vivid: introduce next generation, stick them in a tournament that no one has any reason to care about
Strike introduced new girls and then actually stirred up some drama that they were involved in. My fear with Reflection is that they're going to spend the whole thing building up those three new girls just for the old cast to show up and solve their problems for them like StrikerS.
>>159259492
I thought Ginga was more than a filler henchmen, and there were still good scenes with the forwards before the finale. And it was still about Nanoha, so setting the kids aside for the ending didn't bother me. It's not perfect and I'm mostly defending StrikerS because I love Vivio, but still.
I enjoyed Vivid (anime) purely for Vivio, and in the manga I did end up caring about the side plots. But yeah the tournament wasn't great.
And I loved VS, and not just for Vivio.
I'm also worried about the focus in Reflection, I hope we get to see the continuation of Hayate's plot with the Knights, but with the Materials and the other new girls it's not looking so good for that.

StrikerS tried and fucked up. Force tried and fucked up hilariously bad.
>>159251942
It still could have been a lot better than it was. Plus, I would like to see the franchise move beyond the tournament setting. If not, at least make the stakes higher or give us more variety when it comes to the character relationships. Everyone just ends up being happy-go-lucky friends with one another and that's boring for fightan series. Imagine if everyone in the Dragon Ball franchise never had any beef with one another, that would be Vivid.
Also, fuck you OP StrikerS was fun.
Look at Vivio.
She's got the look of a killer.
>>159265393
When the first trailer was released I thought we were going to have a Rocky scenario, in which Fuuka would fight in sleazy fight clubs and slowly work her way to the top while we get a glimpse at Midchilda's underbelly.
Nah, that would have been somewhat interesting, instead she becomes the prodige of one of the most broken fighters the universe have ever seen within the first episode. Everything is handed to her on a silver platter and the rest of us can suck dick for ten hours because fuck you, Tsuzuki knows what's best.

>>159282672
It's fine if they're owned by a girl.
>>159282690
It had a different set of strengths and weaknesses and different people have different priorities. StrikerS was a massive financial success and has the most fanwork by a significant margin so, in japan at least, it's undeniably the most beloved. I personally care about story and characters more than pretty much anything else, which is why I prefer S1 for being so focused and properly-written.
>>159282690
It's too long. If it was 12 episodes I think it would be amazing.
>>159282904
I think 26 ep were a good idea but they mishandled the time. We should've got a good look into the villains and the other staff at RF6 but they instead saved it for the manga while leaving lots of pointless episodes for the anime.
Nanoha definitely could benefit of a longer number of episodes with proper pacing.
>>159282847
I expected my first reply to be a shitpost, genuinely surprised.
I can see where you're coming from, but my biggest problem with s1 was my massive dislike for Precia as a villain and the filler episodes.
I actually love A's, but StrikerS pushes too many of my buttons: it finally has protagonists I actually care about (at the expense of good antagonists like A's had but oh well), actually makes Nanoha into a proper character and gives her a personal stake in the conflict and also has my favourite scene in the franchise, picrelated.
I do agree it's nowhere as well-paced as A's, but the good points outweigh the negatives for me.
>>159283029
If it were up to me 5 of those 26 would just be Nanoha and Vivio hanging out.
>>159283202

>>159271956
I really don't think she can.
Fuck I wish they'd explain what's up with flight magic.
>>159283370
I'd say she can since she has an absurd ability to pick up on shit quickly.
>>159283064
Precia was a good villain. She had an actual and sympathetic goal, even if she was a terrible person in pursuing it. The knights by comparison were so devoid of flaws that a cheap mind fuckery plot device was needed to make them fight in the first place. Nanoha also had no major development to go through in A's, although Fate did get a nice extra wrap-up with Alicia. Overall A's is the weakest in terms of writing by a rather large margin and is mostly praised on /a/ because it has good fights and Nanoha was largely popularized as a battle series over here.
StrikerS had strong drama and strong setting development, but it also had bad pacing and it completely changed the combat formula to asymmetrical fights which I think rubbed a lot of people the wrong way. The villain situation was kind of a clusterfuck as well, but it wasn't without memorable antagonists like Zest.
>>159283448
Subaru and Tea trained for years, including under the flying Ace of Aces, and they never learned shit. I think flight magic might be something you need to be born able to do.
It's possible Vivio lost her ability to fly after StrikerS. It's possible it's just against the rules to fly in tournaments. It's possible it's just illegal to fly in the city or some shit. They just need to explain it.
>>159283312
I think what I really meant is that StrikerS always had a certain lack of confidence in it's narrative. They should have one to three episodes tops to make a plot relevant point then move on. Instead it tried to hammer the same message over and over again and it just became annoying at certain moments.
The same applies with Nanoha and Vivio cuteness. It's better when kept in small doses, specially if there's a big story arc ongoing at the same time. 3 Episodes spread over the course of 26 would work wonders as nice pauses from the big deal to focus on Nanoha's personal life then jump back into action again.
>>159251942
I don't hate vivid strike, but I like my Nanoha series when Nanoha appears
>>159283576
Flight apparently is possible by most mages but is not easy peasy. Like real life aircraft pilots not everyone can master the art of moving in the air at great speeds. Fabia's mini arc in ViVid kinda implied Victoria and Sieg are indeed flight capable but as you said there are regulations in the tournament that prevent flight.
Also I remember Fate had to ask for permission once to fly over a populated area meaning that there's indeed some clear regulations about flight magic. At least in Mid-Childa.
>>159283576
Fuuka has something those two don't.
Raw, absurd talent.
BetrayerS >>>>>>> shit > Vivid Strike
>>159283697
I'd be interested in where you got that info.
>not everyone can master the art of moving in the air at great speeds
So the difficulty is in the technique not in the actual magic? If that's the case I imagine Vivio totally can, since we've seen her fly around before. Though she's probably too young to driv- I mean fly.
Just weird we don't see them fly around in the practice matches or during training camps or anything.

What makes Vita so much better than all these character bloating consequence old hag nobodies post A's?
>>159300661
Not him, but he's definitely more of a Nanoha fan than people who still like the franchise after it betrayed everything it once was, hands down.

Force started this shit for real. It tore the fanbase apart.
>>159300661
I never said that, I don't partake in Vivid and Strike discussions, I thought it was stupid.
I'm not around for every single Nanoha thread, I gotta take what I can get.
>>159300693
>character bloating
If there's something Nanoha never had, it's character bloating. Most characters are usually completely one dimensional and are forgotten before they can get any redeeming qualities.
Which is also why Vita is better.
>>159293579
They could have made Subaru and Teana lolis, so we'd have had 2 adult leads and 2 loli leads instead of 4 non-loli leads in StrikerS.
This had no logic behind it, and you know it.
>>159300854
Fate > Nanoha shit.
>>159300989
I meant cast-bloating actually, as in all the boring fuckton of characters are consequences of cast bloating shit of Tsuzuki.
>>159301023
Just disregard Vivid and you'll take away 60% of the current cast.
Tsuzuki can only write a story if he introduces characters he'll immediately forget about once the season is over.
>>159301051
My biggest issue with Strike is how it's such blatant advertisement for Kings Record's 'newest' bottom bitches, Ogura and Minase.
Even when the supposed self-contained spinoff is finished we can't get rid of them.
>>159300998
I have few gripes with StrikerS. Everything can be better, but some things are matters of choice and you can't expect every single detail to match your taste.
My major gripe is that Fate's supposed guardianship over Caro and Erio was written badly, making her look really bad. Also to little NanoFating.

>It was the best new thing we got since A's.
Congrats, Vivid Strike, here's your participation trophy.
It was fun for a cute side series much like Vivid was, and I enjoyed Vivio actually getting to win a plot important fight.
That said Rinne's entire support staff was absolute ass when it came to info gathering about her opponents. I mean, I don't expect you to dig up the details on Vivio and the Scaglietti Incident or that Nanoha's family is all assassins, but at least point out that the girl is from a military family.
>>159298458
It's really nothing like Japan at all though. You even touched on one of the reasons why in your own post.
>>159305061
You're right, it wasn't noteworthy. Life was an all around much better idea with an author who was far more suited to tackle both yuri and humorous sides of the series.
>>159307393
The last episode was weirs, I would write Rinne's afterfight personality/behaviour completely differently. It would be better if she was a bit more awkward and withdrawn after that, such things take time. And get snuggly with Fuuka after some time, something how Fate has that bridge meeting with Nanoha.

I wanted strong Rinne to stay. It would have been nice if she'd truly changed as a person but Fuuka still managed to bring her onto the right path. Instead they just regressed her more to her loli self which, while very cute as well, isn't quite the same.
>>159308946
I liked how prolonged was the Fate.Nanoha gettogether in the original.
There was the final Garden battle, but then they were separated - and then that spectacular ribbon meetup, but separation again. They would be kept apart until the start of S2, but even then it would get strenghtened by Nanoh being ambushed by Vita, so that Fate only really returns to her at that tomodachi momen, but then she actually has to leave her again to fight, then Nanoha gets rekt and they only really meet and hug in ep3 in the TSAB hospital.
That was so brilliant and I think the bit the movie fucked up worst. Maybe my favourite part about As. Although Signum is close.
I think I asked last time already, but the second Vivio stitch (ep06) didn't happen, did it?
>>159310981
Hmm, Einhart actually looks like she is interested, for a moment. Quite rare, in VS.
>>159310981
I'm up for making a Vivio stitch, but when exactly is it?
>>159302390
One of the only things I still like from Tsuzuki is his trend of placing references to other parts of the franchise. Only a true Nanoha fan would realize the Strike Stars Nanoha used on MOVIE 2nd first appeared in the StrikerS Comics Special chapter in the climatic fight of Nanoha VS Signum.
>>159302842
What would you do if you had Masaki Tsuzuki right in front of you with no security elements around? Just curious.
>>159303336
What's worse Strikers or Vivid Strike?
>>159311410
Oh, turns out I was wrong.
Seems it was not Vivio but Fuuka. Stitch from episode 06 is indeed the one that didn't get posted (I think, I couldn't find it anywhere) and for some reason I thought it was a second Vivio pan. It certainly makes more sense to have two for Fuuka though, her being the protagonist.
So disregard me unless you want to stich the hobo-tan too.
>>159308831

>>159312985
I admit I was pretty needy about the franchise back then before ViVid. I knew almost every canon spell of my fav characters and a good bunch from the rest of the cast.
From the top of my mind Signum's repertoire includes:
>Shidden Issen
>Karyuu Issen
>Senkuuga
>Jinppu Rekka
>Sturmwinde
>Sturmfalken
>Panzerschild
>Panzergeist
>Brennenkugel (thanks to Agito)

I also had fairly bad memory for the details of the BJs. For example before I was told, I nver noticed how much difference was there between the movies and S1/S2.
>>159313763
>became even more nerdy?
Actually a bit less. I'm not nearly as motivated at being documented about spells and styles of ViVid characters as those don't have the same weight not relevance. Back then a character could find ways to improve and existing move or a new way to use it usually to a tide changing effect which normally happened after a decent build up. In ViVid, new flashy moves are spammed every other fight without much thought or build up and usually never used again (unless Miura needs to job to someone in which case they bring back her useless Breaker Kick just to showoff how tough her opponent is).
Point is. I don't have an interest in a fight style the series itself doesn't show an interest in.
>>159314006
When I catch a liking to a character I usually pay close attention to their cannon combat abilities so I can propeely picture them in a fight and have a good grasp of what their resources are and how could they react to certain situations.
>>159314213
I'll admit that I mostly focused on the friendships and "friendships" and the less material level of all that fighting, so the systematic bits weren't that important to me.
Well not completely, sometimes the huge pink power really plays right into the feelings (like the Starlight Breakers and all those moments of triumph and crushing defeat). And the cartridge stuff, that was just lewd.
>Explosion!
Those effects, the steam release and all and the drama element. It was absolutely glorious, despite As being relatively cheap TV anime. It was awesome.

>>159317065
But if you use that logic, being with another woman would be Einheart growing away from being Claus because Claus was obsessed with Olivie. Einhart's development happened in the best way. It's just unfortunate it couldn't be placed in the forefront over Vivio's boring bullshit.

But Yumina is boring, at least with Vivio there was the chance for an interesting story.

At least, Ein was allowed to stop trying to be Fate 2.0.

He really didn't, Einhart was the main character of Vivid. Vivio was already content and has had no (zero) conflicts that needed resolving, she was never anything more than a supporting character. Corona has had more conflict and character development than Vivio.

That could be said about Nanoha, she always just helped others.
There was this "I don't what I should be and I had trauma in the past" added with her, but she actually didn't need that extra background or motivation IMHO (I always thought it just got added in as an afterthought so that Nanoha didn't have completely perfect and flawless childhood/life). In a same vein, Vivio can meddle into other people's lives to help them, or give them much needed lesbian life partner, like Nanoha did.

>Or unless he cancels it, now that would be a good decision
Finishing ViVid would be better. Last time Tsuzuki cancelled a Nanoha manga it sent the franchise to hell. He can't keep cowering out off continuing the story.
>>159318163
From the very beginning Nanoha had a very key conflict that she wanted to help people because of her uselessness complex, but at the same time helping Yuuno and the TSAB meant working against Fate who she also wanted to help. Eventually she resolved that she basically knew better than others and to help everyone in the way of her choosing, regardless of what the TSAB planned or Fate wanted. Vivio had no such major conflict. I can't recall a single time she's even questioned herself or what she was doing in Vivid's entirety.
>>159318066
The point is that Vivio and Ein rarely show up as a pair now. Yumina was even in the new movie promo before Vivio.
>>159318269
You certainly don't seem to belong in either group.
>>159318377
You don't need inner conflict like you say for that IMHO. Helping other(s) is a good goal for everyone. You can make a story out of random guy/girl without any special thingy/trait/motivation starting to care about somebody and trying to help. Such story can be built up into drama purely through devices concerning the other person, without the protagonist needing any special traits like those complexes that they gave Nanoha (which as I said I consider unneeded/forced addition, but that's just my impression so let's not argue about that, I don't mean to contend anything there).
>>159318561

>>159318951
Turning from a carefree completely happy girl that has everything into somebody that takes risk and pain and steps into dramatic developments for the sakes of others, isn't that noble personal development?
>>159318951
Watch any sports movie.
The main problem with Vivio, other than having no clear goal (which is part of her character) is that she accomplishes very little.
Fights? Loses most of them.
Friends? They solve most of their own issues.
Plot? All over the place, distributed among many characters, and Vivio is hardly central in anything.
If the author wants to make things right, then he needs to stop making Vivio a pushover, and start giving her relevance. Giving her a meaningful relationship would also work, if not Einhart, then anyone else, but give her a reason to strive forward.
Vivid is the work the franchise should focus on, as Force is nearly completely irredeemable.
>>159319117
>I just stayed late hoping I will still see Bitchfag deleted.
Yeah, they were doing a really nice job earlier today but seem to have fallen behind again.
>>159319117

Who are you describing? It definitely wasn't Nanoha, at least.

Which ones? Those ones about basketball have lots of inner conflict. "I wanna go to college and be a good man but muh homies need me to sell this heroine" and all that.
>>159319251
It's hard to accomplish anything of note when you have no goal. Vivio's apparently one of the best strike artists in the multiverse but that doesn't matter in the least because nobody actually made a point out of wanting it for any real reason.
>>159319326

>It's hard to accomplish anything of note when you have no goal.
That's not true. You can have a character accomplish things with no clear motivation. Granted, it would hardly be a good character, but you can do it.
The opposite holds true as well, since having a character with a clear goal but never accomplishing anything gives no payoff whatsoever.
In Vivio's case she has no clear goal nor does she accomplish anything important. This is why she ends up overshadowed by her own side characters - like Corona.
>>159319436
The focus has brought forth no improvement.
Any focus should aim to make something out of the story, and take it out of this SoL/plot-driven limbo.
>>159319560
All she needs is some clear motivation, and the author to stop to keep her losing.
>>159319634
It really is a shame, I like Vivio, but I wish she would do something and I don't know if we will if Vivid Strike is anything to go by.
>>159319634
Vivio's more accomplished than Corona. Hell, she beat Rinne and Einhart in strike arts. Corona just comes across as more accomplished because she shows more drive and effort. Her accomplishment is a lot more visible while with Vivio just kind of quietly climbs the strike arts ladder with little additional fanfare.
>>159319735
I'm conflicted between the desire for the vivids to be involved in something serious and distaste for the strike arts being made into anything more than a children's sport.
>>159319634
Vivio reduced Nanoha to her knees and was just one jab away from defeating her. Not even Sieglinde managed to get that far.
>>159319902
It doesn't have to be serious. The infinite library part was fun without crossing the line.
Thanks mods.
>>159320000
Yes it has to be. Otherwise the franchise will never leave limbo.
>>159319791
>>159319921
But execution also matters, as you said, when it comes down to Vivio... things just happen (whenever she's not losing), rather than being built up for maximum hype, as it should be.
I'm glad Fuuka finally got a doujin
>>159319791
Vivio had no business beating Rinne, especially with how easily she beat Miura. Without the plot armor, she should have went down in the first couple hits. Besides, that was't Vivio's fight to begin with. Her win didn't have any real impact on the story. She just pretty hijacking Fuuka's screen time and development.
>>159321628
Well, that's not how it is, so bringing this up is pointless.
>>159321749
How about you stop having bad taste first?
>>159321960
You're not a Nanoha fan.
>>159319902
Corona's the only vivid I could stomach being in an actual battle.
>>159321702
I think we're talking about the same thing. It's because Corona's motivation and effort is well-developed that she's written better than the others, and it's also because of it that her accomplishments are more recognizable. Vivio has feats, but they don't feel like real accomplishments because they were never made meaningful in the context of the story or her character.
Preferentially, I think Corona's also an easier character to like for older fans because out of the Vivid cast, she resembles characters like Nanoha and Subaru the most.
>>159322424
I don't have to imagine. I already know that they're going to be exactly like this since no new installment of Nanoha has ever resulted in the end of all discussion about every previous installment. On the contrary, people are going to be constantly making comparisons.
>>159322666
I'm not talking about personality or overall quality, but the part where they fight without regard to their limits. When Subaru went berserk she attacked until her devices were wrecked and her body was falling apart, Nanoha's whole shtick is overdoing things in general, and Corona not only has Nephelim but also in general seems to fight in a way that involves using magic to replace her poor physical capabilities. Vita's a better example of this and I do regret not mentioning her, though.
I do agree that when it comes to development, displayed effort, and the fruits of that effort, Subaru can't compare though. She basically just training arced her way to relevancy like everyone else did and didn't make any special efforts like Corona constantly displaying new techniques she personally developed.
The point was ultimately that Corona's a 200% effort, glutton for punishment type of character. She's the type of character that Tsuzuki is most comfortable with, and it shows in how she's handled compared to someone like Vivio. However, because Vivid was never intended to be a serious manga, she got stuck into the sidelines. It's a damn shame too since Golemancy/Geomancy is amazing and deserved to be featured in a prominent role.
Remember when Force was supposed to be the "4th season" of Nanoha, but then they fucked it up and replaced it with nothing?
>>159321589
>especially with how easily she beat Miura
Vivio already ran circles around Miura a year before that fight happened.
>>159324981
I'm still waiting for the 4th season featuring Nanoha and her battle companions saving the Multiverse from big threats.
I hope I can impregnate Fuuka one of these days,
>>159254697

>>159326212
Same. Ponytail girls are hot.
Vivio beating Rinne is my favorite moment in the entire Nanoha franchise.
>>159326274
You need to watch more Nanoha.
>>159326274
I think Fuuka VS Rinne is done way better.
>betrayers anime never ever
>>159326453

>>159326649
With the shit we have now BetrayerS would at least be entertaining. VS was an eyerolling snorefest.
>>159326764
Be nice
>>159326453
>Made by the same person who made Tawawa
Absolutely bizzare
>>159326793
The problem is that everything is so nice and safe in the franchise nowadays. Sure Reflections will be a much necessary breath of fresh air but it will be just momentary. ViVid and Vivid Strike don't take any risks aside of telling their cliched sob stories to emulate some kind of tension. It's true that past seasons also had clichéd backstories up the wazzoo but they had amazing confrontations and a crazy enough environment to make the story work in an entertaining way.
ViVid and it's sequels are the Tiny Toons compared with Nanoha's Looney Tunes. TT can occasionally be amusing or funny but it's too fluffy, politically correct and weightless compared with LT were you can feel the audacious humour and the impact of the physical comedy.
Unless ViVid does something really game changing it will never outgrow the impression of being just a very watered down version of classic Nanoha.
>>159327075
>movie
>back to pre-StrikerS Nanoha and Fate
>only existing characters
I wouldn't get my hopes up, Reflections will probably be a safe as fuck cash in. There's a chance it won't be, but having expectations ahead of time will just make the good parts that much less enjoyable.
>>159326811
Before or after?
I saw that they're going to bring the movie over to the americas and I hope that includes Canada.
>>159271956

>>159321589
>this butthurt his garbage dindu nuthin character got Sankt Kaiser'd
The only disappointing thing in that fight was that the blow Vivio delivered to Rinne's temple wasn't fatal
>>159326274
I wanted Einhart to freak out when she gets injured and head straight to the hospital to be with Vivio, dropping the tournament and leaving just Fuuka to finish things.
>>159330622
Just wait until they turn Raising Heart into a ferret and Bardiche a dog.
>>159330838
That's silly anon. Even if Einhard cared that much about Vivio anymore, Vivio wouldn't want anyone dropping out for a reason like that.
I was actually surprised Vivio had to drop out at all since they were wearing those magic damage-simulation things. Rinne strong.
>>159331022
Don't you dare even imply that.
Fuck I wish they kept the old devices.
>>159331022
That's a great idea.
Picked these two up at Lawson todayThe cashier was some SE asia immigrant who didn't know what to do with them and kept trying to scan the QR code on the side like it was a normal barcode for sale item while people waited behind me. I had to explain to her how promotional campaign target items work.
>>159331094
>Vivio wouldn't want anyone dropping out for a reason like that.
She might not want it but it is high time for Einhart to realize that fights and strength are not everything. She has Claus experience FFS, and he strived for strength exactly because he didn't want to lose his loved one(s). Einhart looks like she forgot and does the exactly opposite thing. Time for her to realize the vanity and what is really important in life. It would be character development even.
Dropping from a tournament that mean little and is held every year, what's that FFS, compared to caring about your friend.
>>159330622
I like Chris, but Teo and Hurra went overboard. On the other hand, so long as Strike Arts remains shit tier in terms of practical combat power then the Vivid devices being lame can be rationalized as them just being for kids and not actual dedicated combat devices like RH or Bardiche.
>>159331202
I would agree with you if they had any relationship development in VS and if Vivio was in any danger.
Like why would she drop out of a tournament just to sit by Vivio's bed for a few extra minutes?
>>159331389
You need to make it dramatic obviously. Vivio not waking up for several days and Einhart falling sleeping next to her bed.Yes, I want more soap in Nanoha.
You would have to explain that Nanoha and Fate are on mission on some bloody cruiser at another planet locked in fight with homicidal maniacs, though. I wonder who would they send in to tell that and check on Vivio? Lindy probably. Oh well, so many nice touches would have been possible in VS.
>>159331367
They said early on that Chris is like a normal jewel shaped device, they just stuck it inside a little stuffed animal.
It's lame not because it's for kids, but because it's for simple 1v1 combat, so it doesn't need to be analyzing magical levels of an entire battlefield and reporting them (where you'd need a voice).
I agree, I didn't hate Chris, it's fitting. The rest are too much and (just like when they gave everyone adult mode) took away from Vivio's uniqueness as a character.
>>159331367
I like the cats
>>159331511
Nanoha would blast the shit out of everything and rush home.
Why is Fuuka Reventon so much more popular and discussed more often than Fuuka Akitsuki? Akitsuki is far cuter than Reventon.
>>159331600
I didn't like that show and that Fuuka was no where near as cute as our hobo.
>>159331579
I liked how Einhart also had a slightly more grand idea of battle leopard.
>>159331591
That would be great too but I'd still want to see Lindy arrive first.
>Cinque
>Nove
>>159331600

>>159327075
The problem is that the so-called fans keep supporting shit like this. This rut would have never happened if this fanbase were normal instead of believing shit = good and good = shit.
>a very watered down version of classic Nanoha.
How insulting. Vividshit is more of a super watered down, dulled version of Symphogear than anything even remotely resembling Nanoha.
>>159328218
>it won't have my cyphashit waifu so it will be bad!
>stop having expectations! fans always eat shit without questioning instead of having standards!
>>159337357
As long as it set after elementary school I'm fine with it. The plot needs to move forwards. So either show signs of time passing on the characters or give them a believable excuse to be eternal lolis like a curse, a sacred item or something. But you cannot have them staying static forever for no reason.
>>159330007
So you can do the thing someone did with Batman and kill all the people who are supporting the right kind of Nanoha with your leaf blower?
>>159330598

Sorry about that. It got caught in the confusion but yeah. S1-As had a lot of memorable fights but to say nothing after A's compares is just plain nonsense we had a lot of cool fights during the StrikerS era.

>>159338758
No problem, I figured it had to be a mistake right after I posted that. I wanted to post the second page anyway though.
Glad Fate-chan didn't get hurt.
>>159338894
That's not the bare minimum. The bare minimum is replacing all characters with any sort of actual character with interchangeable moeblobs, getting rid of any sort of plot or tension and setting everything in tournaments and doing nothing but retreading the same ground over and over to the point where there are two NanoFate clones in the same subseries. This all with the purpose of being able to get work out in the easiest, most effortless way possible. And why wouldn't they do like this? It worked perfectly, ask the fans about it.
>>159338881
>butthurt about other seasons having a couple good scenes
I know you're obsessed with powerful lolis but don't let bias cloud your common sense. StrikerS had legitimately well done fights among a few shitty ones. You need to be less self-centered and give credit were credit is due.
