So you missed all the threads that had extracts from the LN.
Pretty much Ctholly is dead (confirmed corpse recovered etc) The baby at the end is a flash back to Ctholly being born. Williem and Ren are placed into an ilusion world by Senorios or something and have half beast powers making them imortal. Willem is stuck in a coma. Ren watches after him on the island with the skull dude.

With most of the beasts dead that can reach the islands the islands use the faries to war on each other. Willem wakes up and goes beast mode to stop the fighting. (tiat is now the main charachter of the next LN) and in the process breaks cat girls legs. He then gets sealed by white hair old man dude, some more suffering happens to all the charachters and then at the complete end of the LN he wakes up for no reason, goes back to the house and a girl that looks like ctholly falls on him and says the same thing that ctholly said when they first met, troll girl comes out and says "welcome back" and he says " im home" hes lost all of his memories of ctholly. All the girls are part of elk (whos one of the first gods that created humans or something) so yes. Suffering all round.

The LN also has it that Ctholly forgets who Willem is by the end of her fight, she just wants him to be happy.

Wrong. First beast shows up and drags them into her illusionary world. When they finally kill the first beast and escape, they each absorb half of the first beast and become immortal. Willem gets put in a coma because he can't control his beast side unlike ren who's a fairy who can.
