If you liked Melty, play Tsukihime, then plus disk, and Kagetsu Tohya. Not sure what melty ver you played but theres a few versions out there and the story continues, so figure that out.

Then watch the Kara no Kyoukai movies.

Finally play the Fate VN. If you like it or not, you'll know if you want to keep going, as everything type-moon now is only fate.
