Is illegal during the ToP and inherently useless in a pinch. The dance sucks, it has a time limit of 30 minutes and that is cut even shorter when you reach great levels of power. SS3 Gotenks cut it significantly, and Goku and Vegeta in base form are miles stronger than Buu arc SS3 Gotenks. The dance can also go wrong and result in a shit, useless fighter. You actually have to have the earrings for a Potara fusion and it still has a one hour time limit that is again nerfed by high power.
