I think the only isekai I'm really into not a days is Overlord and Tate no Yuusha. I like shield hero because everyone shits on the protagonist all the time, and the fact that in the story the tank of the "party" is also the strongest one.

I like Overlord because I love seeing already established powerful characters deal with different situations. Just finished volume 9 though, so I'm gonna have to wait a while since fan translation has stopped and official translation is slow.

But while it's a real world, it has the same bugs as the game, so there are glitched walls, and skill glitches that let him speed-run at ridiculous speeds (while looking like a buffoon) And of course, the residents of that world can't fathom the idea of wearing more than one ring on a hand, because that's how the game's mechanics worked.
