So I have read everything up to the more recent chapters and at first I really liked the series, it was fun to learn about the history of a lot of Japanese candies.

But now I am just bored, I really want there to be an overarching plot and some form of conflict. Does anyone know if they will be going down that route soon or is that just not the point and I should bail now?
