Honestly, I think most know that the reason GW doesn't expand the franchise into other merch is because they want to play it safe in terms of money. As far as they're concerned, the money they get from model buying and black library books is good enough.

Marvel has problems with some of it's writers probably having dirt on the execs and the owner is literally one of the biggest Jews to ever get Jew'd by Stan Lee.

They broke up his marriage because the editor-in-chief self-inserts himself and wanted to go back to his teenage days. So in order for Spider-Man to go back to that era they made him single by forcing his wife to sell their unborn child to the devil. He then fucked the EoC's self-insert daughter for a while.

Then you have Bendis. Brian M. Bendis wrote Ultimate Spider-Man, which is a really overrated series that a lot of people love because it happened during the movies and it just re-did older and better storylines really badly, but nobody actually read those anymore. Bendis killed Ultimate Peter Parker off to replace him with the Jayden Smith of the comicbook world, Miles Morales. Miles originally had some interesting stuff with him being a total pussy who doesn't want powers and a father who leaves him after his mother dies. He also makes Shinji Ikari look strong and opinionated. He never actually develops and takes Peter's supporting cast along with Bendis' 3rd author insert in the supporting cast, a fat Asian named Gank, and is this safe Black guy from a car commercial who just is bland and generally funny in a socially acceptable way. Peter then comes back from the dead says he is amazing after Miles one-shots his strongest enemy with a power that causes enemies to shriek in pain and lose every time. Then by editorial mischief he is transported to the main universe were Bendis wants to kill the OG Spider-man and replace him with Black OC only to be blocked by a writer and veteran autist, Dan Slott the current writer of Spider-Man until he is sick of it or until a fan pulls a Hal Jordan terrorist group (Look it up).

Marvel and Western comics in general are this really incestious relationship between most creators introducing people via a system not unlike chickenhawking with homosexuals

Mayday eventually becomes Spider-Girl and is an enjoyable character who feels like a natural progression of what would happen if the trade with the devil had not happened. Marvel is doing that again except the daughters name is Anime (Annie May) and MJ is a Venom-wearing MILF.

Marvel also has sank most of their flagships because the owner is pissed he can't buy back movie rights for 2 shekels instead of 3. Instead of X-Men they push a race of people who released a gas deadly to most people worldwide instead of creating more of themselves and then stopping every attempt to stop the gas from killing them or leaving them sterile.

They amalgamated the routes really badly. At least DEEN Fate kind of got the major plot points of the Fate route in there. The voice acting was pretty bad for the most part, especially whoever they got to do Satsuki (which is interesting, because most of Tsukihime's cast was brought back in various roles for the FSN adaptations/Kara no Kyoukai).

Most of all, it's the QUALITY and the lazy animation in general. Fight scenes are really badly choreographed and anticlimactic. The fight with Nero lasts approximately 30 seconds.
