Not if Tori, King Ryu and Tomioka are still in the show. Heroic Goku was more a thing from DBZ/GT's former headwriters (Takao Koyama and Aya Matsui). Goku's speech will be a thing more akin to "if universes are destroyed, then there won't be strong opponents to fight. I don't care what shit happens in this universe, but don't erase people because i wanna fight them again.
