I double-checked the relevant scenes and found direct comparisons to the shots you claim were "cut" from the anime. As I said before, the first shot was retained but blurred and the last shot was also used in the anime.
I wanted to be thorough, so I also checked the other two shots you claimed were cut and found the anime version of each: the second shot is obviously less lewd, but the third shot (which is from a different angle) is just about the same as far as I can tell in terms of fanservice potential. If you're trying to claim that KyoAni was trying to remove loli fanservice, you would have had a stronger case if you'd only used your first and second examples and stuck to claiming that the relevant scenes were altered, not removed. In any case I hope that having this image floating around as yours is will clear things up a little bit.

I really only cared about vindicating what I said in >>158939595, re: the actual existence of those scenes. I don't care so much about attempting to qualify how erotic one shot is compared to the other or about any perceived vendettas KyoAni might have against lolicons. It's possible they weren't even thinking when they made those changes: 2, 3, and 4 are all really pretty minor differences in terms of direction. Like, if you look specifically at 2, it may have been difficult to translate the relatively square frame from the manga into the wider-framed TV shot, so they altered the angle the way they did to accommodate visual comprehension or fill the screen better. It's also possible they really do just hate lolicons and made the edits they did for spite. But I tend to assume the best of people, so I personally doubt that motivation. Maybe they were worried about controversy. You can interpret this any way you want to.
All I know is that somebody was either confused or lying (i.e., "that scene wasn't in there at all") and I cleared it up. Feel free to use the new image if you think it proves your point better. I have no dog in this fight on interpretation.
