A former teen Idol who had single smash hit, but burned out on the Idol lifestyle before she could land lasting success, is stuck living hand to mouth on part time temp jobs now that she's in her 30's. Despite this she still loves music and writes songs, occasionally playing them on NicoNico behind a mask, earning more than a little underground fame. A producer for an up and coming idol group tracks her down despite her anonymity and hires her be their manager and groom them: Give them pointers on how to be idols, show them the ropes of performance both on and off stage, and most importantly, write them songs. Under her tutlage, this young teen idol group explodes out of the gate, becoming incrediblly famous.

Despite her success behind the scenes, despite getting millions to listen to her songs, she only became more bitter and depressed, sad and frustrated that she'll never earn the fame she always sought with her own hands even as people talk behind her back calling her a washed-up has-been living on the coat tails of actual talent.

She quits her job, comes home, and records herself live casting off the mask and revealing who she actually is. She pours her heart and soul, all her frustration and anguish into a live, impromptu song, ad libbed on the spot with her guitar talking about how hard it is make a living teaching other people how to be famous when all you have to go on is your own failure. Her song goes viral, however, and she soon gets offers for contracts with companies, including the rival publishing house of her former idol troupe. And she has to ask herself, is it worth it diving back into the limelight after everything else that's happened to her? Especially when it will essentially make her enemies with her former student Idols who, despite everything else, always stood by and appreciated her?

MC is summoned to the realm of gods, where he is told that by random luck (drawn from a hat), he was chosen to be the god of a new world.
At first it sounds sweet, but it turns out that "new world" means literally a blank canvas.
Naturally, the MC aims to make a world straight out of eroge.

For some reason the new Demon King has pushed for the total destruction of the other races of the world. Due to the sudden attack, the other races are pushed to the brink of destruction. In their final attempt to save themselves, they send the MC's consciousness back through time so he can stop it. Everyone dies as the demon's attempt to stop them knowing what they're planning.

However something goes wrong. Altering the timeline causes events that led the Demon King to attack the other races to not occur and instead a far more powerful Ancient Evil that's been sealed away for tens of thousands of years is awoken and seeks to destroy the world entirely. New heroes and even some who are awoken from the age of the ancient evil join the MC through, and even the Demon King that attacked everyone in this timeline becomes an ally to save the world. They're only able to win by combining the powers of everyone, Demon King, MC, other race representatives, ancient heroes to banish the Ancient Evil from the world forever.

Basically a story about how fucking with time in minor ways can cause massive differences.
Story's after credits scenes show the ancient evil being cast into another dimension where a more powerful entity instantly destroys it and begins moving towards the world.

Being omniscient, they find that they can't find anything entertaining; their all-knowing nature ruins all suspense, and no amount of magic can negate it, even temporarily.

Eventually, they give up, before settling down in the most generic, boring city in the multiverse. Naturally, everything's perfect, no one dies, and all conflicts are temporary, with no long-lasting consequences. A perfect place to fuck around when you've got nothing to do.

Mahou Sukeban - Cute delinquents doing magical things

Main cast is mostly delinquent girls:
-MC is the daughter of a yakuza boss. She's the hotheaded "delinquent with a heart of gold" type. She has a problem with gambling, and has debts all over town, but whenever she has a bit of money, she'd rather give it to the homeless (her family started out in poverty, she sympathizes with them) and just beat up whoever comes to collect on her.
-Girl #2 is a russian girl and MC's childhood friend. Her family is in the russian maffia, with ties to MC's family. She doesn't talk much, and when she does, it's mostly swearing like a sailor. She's more level-headed than MC, but kind of cruel, she doesn't fight unnecessarily, but when she does, she wants to teach you a lesson.
-Girl #3 is the odd one out, she's not a delinquent but a gyaru, and a slutty one at that. She has nothing to do with any crime families. She seems to be the only one at school not afraid of the other two, so they become close friends despite having next to nothing in common.
-Girl #4 is of course MC's rival delinquent from another school. Not just a school rival, her family has a grudge against MC's family because of past gang rivalries.
-Girl #5 is a rich ojou-sama, Girl #4's friend and classmate. Her family got obscenely rich trafficking anything illegal, and has connections all over town.

One day MC and Rival-chan are having a showdown at a secluded place (with the others present for support) when suddenly a big ugly monster attacks them. Instead of running away, they try to fight the thing that's "steppin' on their turf", to no avail. Visually, the girls immediately start modifying their Heavenly Uniform, lengthening the skirt to hide weapons, writing obscene shit on the backs of their frilly tops, that sort of thing. (except Gyaru, who just makes it sluttier) They use their magical powers in ass-backwards ways, for example one of them can magically produce golden chains to restrain an enemy as a defensive power, but she just wraps it around her hand and beats them with it. Their signature weapon is your standard magical girl magic wand, except they hammered nails into it. A heartwarming tale of perseverance!
