Too many and it's what makes these past few chapters piss boring to me. I can deal with Yumeko's plot armor when it's there because she is fun, Mary is a piss boring, generic character, as is the dude. Yumeko is the one carrying the manga and her relationship with the president is helping. 40 chapters in is almost way too late to develop Mary and whatever his name is.

Too be honest Suzui development is the way it is because of how he placed the character to be. He suppose to be more of the normal common sense guy surrounded by dangerous people in a dangerous academy. Too have him suddenly become gambler pro would be strange even if I would like that since I can tell his development is gonna be slow as hell.

Although, it can't be help because the author is putting more his power on the girls then on the male characters anyway. I like how author does his male MC in his other work that is similar to this. He can write entertaining male MC's, but for this work it is kinda clear that the focus is more on the female characters especially Yumeko.
