I made the exact same mistake as you, OP. Go back and watch it from the start, rewatching the third season when you get back to it. It's worth it.

I watched Working season 2 first, got 8 episodes in before figuring it out and starting season 1 over.

The first episode of Season 2 did a really good job of setting the scenes and explaining characters and everything so it genuinely seemed like a start to a new fresh anime.

After finishing it season 3 was literally a month or two off, so I picked the right time to get into it.

Is www.working any good, I've yet to watch that.
