Most anime shows are made by exploitation of people. That is a widely accepted fact. Hell, even the good anime shows are made like that which is a huge minus. How can you call something an art when the corporation is in it for the dosh, at all cost. I know money is the main point in the movies as well but they actually offer human wages and work environments. There is a huge difference between making money and making it with zero regard for human life.

Secondly, most of the anime is season shit like you said. At least Warner Bros would have had made Haruhi S3 but we cant have that in anime. You gotta get another IP for more merc after first one is eaten to the bone. Also, Yes there are exceptions but those are rather rare given the volume churned out.

You don't get it. The majority of anime is shit and made cheaply, but that has no bearing on whether the whole thing itself can or can't be considered art conceptually. Terrible wages and tight scheduling are not an integral part of the anime creating process. It's how it most often is in practice, but it can and is done in other ways.
