Never and why should he? It wouldn't even benefit from a redraw. For the few fights it had, something like the anime is more than enough. 90% of the manga doesn't benefit from a redraw.

I thought OPM was way better

OPM has some pretty funny humor (mostly from the character interactions, not just the one-punch gimmick). It also has some really fun fights and great animation.

Mob Psycho had cool fights but I thought the story was heavily weighed down by it's cliched writing. Watching Mob was cool but the whole arc about his brother was just a drag to get through. The last few episodes that took place in the enemy base were also pretty slow and the backgrounds were just so boring to look at.

Might be an unpopular opinion, but I don't like Murata's style on OPM.
He's a really good artist, but the perfect style for ONE's narrative is the one that was used in the Mob Psycho anime.

that's the main reason why they're rewriting as they go.
ONE works great for a certain feel, but for the series to be seen as less of a throwaway joke and actually get noticed, Murata was 100% necessary.
