That's all I have, the important part is the first line, it makes a great difference to the quality, the rest keeps MPV open after the playback ends and loops weebums. You just need to create a text file and name it mpv.conf and put it in the correct directory, since I'm on Linux I put it in /home/USER/.config/mpv but the same principle applies to Windows. The documentation/manual for mpv explains it pretty well so long as you keep in mind you have to create a file yourself.

Real answer: Potplayer, try to get an older version though. The official website used to have archives of the downloads but they removed them after everyone started shitting on the new version. 1.6 and older should be fine, it has everything you need and is pretty customizable.
