Goku does millions of serious punches a fight, and yet each is not a minute fraction of his real power.

Saitama is just power-man. The way I read it, the story is more about the Villains he faces, they fact that they're the ones facing some unsurmountable conflict, not saitama.

Goku can level an entire galaxy.
